About this Position

What you’ll do

• Support one of our international Hair & Body brand teams with the development and execution of brand communication and digital marketing initiatives

• Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns by helping create content, social media activations, campaign assets and communication materials for local markets

• Coordinate projects with agencies, external partners and cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth implementation of marketing activities

• Monitor campaign and channel performance, analyze key KPIs and derive consumer and market insights to optimize future activities

• Support the creation of presentations, best-practice sharing and marketing toolkits for local stakeholders

• Working in a collaborative international marketing environment

• Student pursuing a degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration, media & communication or a related field

• Initial practical experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, social media, content creation or communications is a plus

• Strong interest in FMCG, consumer brands, beauty and personal care products

• Passion for digital trends, social media and consumer engagement

• Fluent English language skills required; additional languages are considered a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel

• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and digital marketing technologies is advantageous

• Affinity for digital tools and platforms; experience with social media, analytics or content creation tools is a plus

• Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and proactive way of working

• We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
