- Support HR operations across our locations in Germany (Dusseldorf and Regensburg) and learn key processes.
- Assist with daily HR tasks, projects, and process improvements.
- Take on own projects with mentoring and constructive feedback.
- Balance studies with responsibilities and collaborate in a team-friendly environment.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a technical or scientific study.
- Interest in Human Resources and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to take on responsibility, learn quickly, and combine study with work.
