About this role
About the Role This internship is to pilot and animate the deployment of the 5S system in the engine maintenance workshop at Roissy-CDG, in collaboration with production teams, front-line managers and the continuous improvement service. You will be attached to the engine maintenance service at Roissy CDG (MM.WA) and report to your supervisor to drive and animate the 5S deployment on the shop floor (office and workshop). The role aims to improve organization, reduce waste, and strengthen visual standards in a high-safety, high-quality environment. What You'll Do
- Realize an assessment of the current state of the workshop and processes
- Map organizational, storage, visual identification and standardization gaps
- Participate in defining the 5S deployment plan
- Animate 5S field projects with operational teams
- Design and implement visual standards (markings, signage, location identification, storage and cleaning standards)
- Update monitoring indicators and build management dashboards
- Conduct 5S audits and propose associated corrective actions
- Sensitize and engage teams around best practices for organization and operational discipline
- Contribute to sustaining the approach by proposing a simple, robust animation/system
- Strengthen ownership of 5S by the field teams What We're Looking For
- You are a BAC+3 to +5 student currently pursuing a diploma related to the role
- You express a genuine interest in transformation and rationalization
- You are intuitive, creative, autonomous, organized and rigorous
- You have analytical and synthesis abilities, good listening and interpersonal skills
