- Lead cases before the Department of Commerce or ITC, including antidumping and countervailing duty matters
- Advise clients on trade issues, policies, agreements, and negotiations
- Produce high-quality written work and manage multiple deadlines with accuracy What We're Looking For
- Three to five years of demonstrated trade remedies experience (including at least 3 years of antidumping and countervailing duty experience)
- Ability to lead matters before DOC or ITC; familiarity with trade issues, policies, agreements, and negotiations
- Excellent writing and communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
- Academically distinguished with strong client-facing capabilities Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary between $260,000 to $365,000 annually
