Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and review quarterly U.S. international tax provision calculations under ASC 740 for SEC reporting, including GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, Foreign-Derived Intangible Income, Foreign Tax Credits (FTC), and Section 245A dividends-received deductions.

  • Serve as the primary technical mentor, workflow orchestrator, and daily review point for international tax staff and senior analysts located in our European Shared Service Center.

  • Maintain and model multi-tier global tax attributes, including previously taxed earnings & profits (PTEP), untaxed E&P pools, outside stock basis, Section 163(j) interest expense limitation modeling, and valuation allowances.

  • Partner with international tax planning and legal teams to evaluate Uncertain Tax Positions (ASC 740-10 / FIN 48), legal entity restructurings, cross-border M&A transactions, and internal cash repatriations.

  • Conduct proactive research and quantitative scenario modeling regarding evolving domestic and global tax legislation, including the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA), Pillar Two global minimum tax developments, and emerging federal tax reforms.

  • Drive finance transformation and digital workflow optimization by deploying advanced modeling, CorpTax automation, SAP ERP / SAP BPC data extracts, and Alteryx/automation routines.

  • ㅤ

  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative field.

  • Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license OR Master’s degree in Taxation (MST / MTax).

  • 3 to 6+ years of direct U.S. international tax compliance and tax accounting experience within a Big 4 / national public accounting firm or a large enterprise multinational corporate tax department.

  • Thorough technical mastery of ASC 740 international tax accounting mechanics and preparation/review of IRS international informational forms and schedules.

  • Strong hands-on proficiency in corporate tax software (CorpTax) and advanced financial modeling in Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to coach remote preparers and communicate complex tax concepts across cross-functional finance teams.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

  • ㅤ

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory or formal technical review experience overseeing remote or global shared service center (BSC) tax professionals.

  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP BPC, or OneSource Tax Provision.
