What You'll Do
- Oversee tax-planning for clients, review complex tax research on a wide range of issues related to business transactions for multiple entities and their affiliates.
- Oversee the delivery of a full range of international tax services; advise U.S. and foreign multinational companies on the tax implications of their international operations; coordinate U.S. and foreign tax laws to develop an optimal worldwide tax strategy and tax planning strategies to minimize U.S. and foreign income taxes.
