Job title: International Sales Liaison - Mandarin

About the Role Act as a strategic liaison between the ALS Food Agro commercial team and clients in China, ensuring effective communication, strengthening commercial relationships and coordinating demands to support client satisfaction and international business growth. The role includes translating and interpreting commercial, technical and operational information across Portuguese, English and Mandarin when needed, and supporting the international accounts team.

What You'll Do

• Interface between the ALS Food Agro sales team and clients located in China.
• Maintain fluent Mandarin (oral and written) for service, negotiations and information alignment.
• Follow up on client requests, questions and demands, ensuring rapid and precise responses.
• Support the commercial team in managing accounts and international business opportunities.
• Translate/interpret information among Portuguese, English and Mandarin when needed.
• Prepare reports, presentations and commercial controls using MS Office.
• Monitor progress of commercial processes and ensure deadlines with clients.
• Contribute to strengthening relationships with strategic clients, identifying opportunities for service and process improvements.
• Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams, facilitating intercultural communication.

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in Mandarin with excellent speaking and writing.
• Proactive, organized and with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).
• Higher education completed or in progress (preferably in Administration, Foreign Trade, International Relations, Agribusiness or related fields).
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
• Customer service orientation and results-driven mindset.
