International Move Coordinator

About the Role

International Move Coordinator is the key customer contact point in relocation projects. The role oversees and arranges all processes involved in relocation of transferees and their household goods, from planning routes and scheduling overseas agents to ensuring compliance with regulations and laws. What You'll Do

• Plan, route & book freight for import/export, specifically USG-impelled cargo (US Government related).

• Ensure compliance with government regulations, contracts, tenders, and tariffs.

• Collaborate with overseas agents, international freight forwarders, steamship lines, customs brokers, and port agents as needed.

• Assist with processing of all documentation and track/pull schedules for shipments.

• Select NVOCCs, port agents, and customs brokers.

• Export clearance of POVs (Personally Owned Vehicles) from the United States (working directly with US Customs & Border).

• Assist with rate filings and quoting OTOs (One-Time-Only) rates.

• Support management with various projects as needed.

• What We're Looking For

• English language proficiency is a must.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Specific industry experience or prior Transportation or Logistics experience preferred.

• High level of interpersonal communication skills (oral and written).

• Willingness to work US business hours, depending on the timezone.

• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and general internet research.

• Detail oriented, accurate, and analytical with strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task and meet goals.

• Ability to work independently/remotely with a sense of urgency; positive attitude and team player.
