About this role

About the Role The International Graduate Programme at Mondi is an 18-month, multi-location program designed to immerse you in sustainable packaging and paper solutions. You’ll learn about Mondi, the Programme, and your companions, and become part of an international graduate community with mentorship and cross-site collaboration. What You'll Do

  • Participate in an 18-month rotation across Mondi locations and departments to gain the full Mondi experience and grow with us.
  • For the first 6-9 months, grasp your area of responsibility and take the lead on short-term tasks and projects with support from your mentor.
  • Move to a different Mondi location and pursue an individually designed rotation path that broadens your understanding of the business area and your profession with support from colleagues and managers.
  • Later, you may return to your first location or move to a third Mondi site, depending on your rotation path.
  • Engage in onboarding events, meet other International Graduate Programme graduates, and network with the Mondi team across locations. Learn through Mondi Academy or local site trainings (presentation skills, product trainings, technical trainings, collaboration techniques) and project work. What We're Looking For
  • Interest in Mondi, its products, structure, values, and international community projects; willingness to participate in global learning activities, project work, and networking.
  • Willingness to relocate and work across multiple Mondi locations and departments; ability to work with a mentor and take the lead on short-term tasks and projects.
  • Enthusiasm for personal and professional development and a proactive, collaborative mindset to grow with the Mondi community.
