About the Role The International Graduate Programme at Mondi is an 18-month, globally connected development program designed to fast-track early-career professionals into leadership roles within Mondi's sustainable packaging and paper solutions. Participants rotate across locations and departments, receive mentorship and training, and engage in international projects to build broad business understanding. What You'll Do
- Rotate across Mondi locations and departments over approximately 18 months to gain a full view of the business.
- Lead on short-term tasks and projects with mentor support during the first 6–9 months, then move to different Mondi sites and potentially work abroad as part of an individually designed rotation path.
- Participate in onboarding events, join the Mondi Academy trainings, and collaborate with a global graduate community to develop both professional and personal skills. What We're Looking For
- Interest in sustainable packaging and paper solutions.
- Willingness to relocate and work across multiple Mondi sites, including international rotations.
