About the Role Paramount's Insights Director will analyze subscriber behavior, content performance, and platform trends to inform strategic decision-making for a global streaming business. The role blends advanced analytics, business intelligence, and strategic storytelling to evaluate performance across acquisition, retention, and overall subscriber health. This is a full-time, on-site position in New York. What You'll Do
- Analyze streaming performance across regions, platforms, and content, including subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.
- Develop and maintain recurring business reviews that communicate key performance trends and opportunities for leadership.
- Evaluate content and platform performance to understand content, release strategies, and impact overall business performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including content, marketing, finance, and regional teams to provide insights that inform strategy and investment decisions.
- Conduct cohort and behavioral analysis to understand customer lifecycle trends and long-term value.
- Support forecasting and long-range planning through scenario planning.
