About the Role Richemont is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Specialist with a strong background in SAP logistics and integration to join our dynamic team. The candidate will define, develop, and implement solutions that seamlessly integrate our products and systems (ERP LE & EWM). This role requires a deep understanding of logistics processes, SAP functionalities, and modern integration technologies to ensure efficient and reliable supply chain operations.

What You'll Do

  • Requirements Definition: Elicit, analyse, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for integrating internal warehouse activities with ERP LE with or without EWM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Solution Design & Development Support: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration designs. Provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle with support from the product team.
  • SAP Logistics Expertise: Leverage extensive experience in SAP logistics modules to design and optimize processes, configurations, and data flows related to internal warehousing (e.g., order fulfillment, warehousing, shipping, inventory management).
  • Integration & API Management: Design robust and scalable integration solutions between internal systems and 3PL platforms using micro-services, APIs, RESTful and SOAP technologies.
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging: Apply debugging skills in SAP to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues from 3PL integrations, minimizing operational disruption.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Define test cases, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure quality and reliability before deployment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and 3PL partners, managing expectations throughout project lifecycles.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for optimization.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. SAP Certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience on SAP projects in logistics (e.g., WM, EWM, SD, MM, LE).
  • Languages: English fluent; French and/or German a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong debugging (ABAP), IDocs, micro-services, RESTful APIs, SOAP; proven experience integrating SAP with external platforms (3PL).
  • Logistics Knowledge: Solid understanding of warehousing, transportation, and order management processes; knowledge of EWM outbound/inbound flows.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical/problem-solving abilities; strong communication and presentation skills; able to work independently and in cross-functional teams; travel ability.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Project management experience or certification.
  • Experience in luxury goods or retail industry.
