We are seeking a charismatic and organized Internal Service Advisor to join our RV team. This role bridges the gap between sales and service, ensuring sold units are prepped accurately and efficiently. A strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience through coordinated cross-department workflows.
What You'll Do
- Review and assess internal service work orders for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate workflow and timelines with dispatch, technicians, and the sales team
- Ensure units are prepped and ready for delivery according to dealership standards
- Track the status of internal jobs and follow up to ensure on-time completion
- Assist with documentation, parts coordination, and warranty-related processes
- Support inventory tracking and maintain accurate service records
- Communicate effectively across departments to align priorities and avoid delays
