High Earning Potential: Base salary of $250,000 – $398,000 based on experience, plus productivity and performance incentives.
Massive Incentives: $60,000 Sign-on Bonus plus a $20,000 annual retention bonus for 4 years.
Debt Relief: Non-profit status offers eligibility for Federal Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

Practice Highlights:
Turnkey Practice: High-volume, established multidisciplinary group with 8 physicians and 5 APPs.
Robust Support: On-site Population Health Manager, Pharmacy, Practice Manager, and EMR support.
Lifestyle Schedule: Full-time, 8:00A – 5:00P day shifts with reasonable, shared call expectations.
Clinical Excellence: Part of a rapidly growing system of over 800+ providers.

Qualifications

Medical degree from an accredited institution.

Board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine with US residency.

Current state medical license and DEA registration.
