Job title: Internal Controller
About the Role The Internal Controller is responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal control system within their scope of responsibility. The role ensures that the Group's Internal Control guidelines are rolled out and implemented, and continually ensures the system is organized to manage risks. The position acts as a driving force for the development of the internal control system and reports functionally to the internal controller of the Zone or Group.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the internal control system is effective and efficient within scope.
- Roll out and implement Group Internal Control guidelines.
- Maintain an organized system to manage risks and drive continuous development.
- Report functionally to the internal controller of the Zone or Group.
- Regularly analyze internal control results with operating teams; ensure corrective actions for non-conforming items.
- Ensure mapping, self-assessment, and testing results are auditable by internal or external auditors.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with internal control and risk management.
- Ability to analyze control results and coordinate action plans with operating teams.
- Familiarity with audits by internal or external auditors.
- Capability to implement and roll out guidelines across the organization.
- Strong collaboration and communication with zone/group internal controllers.
