About the Role Internal Control Manager supports the Head of Internal Control and contributes to the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal control frameworks across SKF Industrial to ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting. You will be part of a global team and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Support the development and maintenance of group-wide internal control requirements
- Assist in implementing and following up controls across business processes
- Coordinate and execute internal control testing activities
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the internal control framework and tool, ServiceNow IRM
- Monitor compliance with internal control policies and procedures
- Collaborate with process owners to ensure control design and effectiveness
- Participate in risk assessments and identify control gaps
- Prepare reports and updates for management and relevant committees
- Promote awareness and understanding of internal control principles across the organization
- Deliver training and guidance to stakeholders as needed
- Be part and contribute with internal control expertise in global and/or regional projects
What We're Looking For
- CA or CMA / MBA in finance with at least 8 years of experience in Internal Control or Financial Reporting
- Experience in an audit firm or multinational organization is advantageous
- Solid background in governance and hands-on execution within finance or accounting
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to build professional relationships across functions and geographies
- Proactive mindset with experience in project-based and process-oriented environments
- Comfortable operating in a decentralized organization with high integrity
- Solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and capable of practical execution
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Governance and hands-on execution within finance or accounting (as noted as preferred)
