Responsibilities
- Safeguard the company’s assets from significant losses, including those caused by fraud, waste, inefficiency, and commercially unsound practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies, rules, regulations, and established procedures.
- Review operations to ensure they are conducted effectively, efficiently, and economically in line with company policies.
- Assess the reliability and security of management information systems.
- Monitor systems under development to ensure appropriate internal controls are incorporated.
- Evaluate and ensure significant business risks are effectively managed.
- Review major business projects to ensure they achieve their objectives.
Requirements
