About the Role
Internal Auditor Special Investigation (w/m/d) will conduct cross-entity special audits, review tips from the whistleblower system, and draft audit reports in German and English. The role includes developing actions and recommendations for all group companies and tracking their implementation, coordinating investigations with the Group Audit Volkswagen AG, and presenting results to management.
What You'll Do
- Conduct cross-entity special audits and review tips from the whistleblower system
- Pre-validate tips from the whistleblower system
- Prepare meaningful, concise audit reports in German and English
- Develop actions and recommendations for all group companies and monitor their implementation
- Coordinate and accompany investigations of the Group Audit Volkswagen AG
- Present results to management
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Business Administration / IT or similar
- Ideally experience in internal audit or external audit
- Analytical skills
- Intercultural competence and experience in an international environment advantageous
- Proficient in German and English
- Team and communication skills, assertiveness and persuasiveness
- Very good analytical abilities, structured work style and high quality standards
- Personal integrity and handling of sensitive topics
- Excellent MS Office skills; SAP experience is a plus
- Additional qualifications (e.g., CIA or CFE) desirable
- Willingness to travel worldwide (~30%)
- Driver's license class B
