Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in auditing, internal control, or accounting roles, with preference for candidates from retail, FMCG, eateries, audit firms, or supermarket environments. Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in auditing or internal control. ICAN Certification is an added advantage. Strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills. Sound knowledge of accounting principles, internal control systems, and audit standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and surprise audits of all departments, branches, and production units (Pastries, Bakery, and Kitchen) to ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and financial controls.
