Internal Auditor

About the Role As Internal Auditor at GRAMMER, you will support and execute all phases of audit projects across the organization, from planning to reporting. You will perform entity- and process-level scoping and risk assessments, develop modular audit programs, and deliver objective insights to improve processes, controls and performance. What You'll Do

• Support and execute all phases of audit projects (planning, fieldwork, reporting)
• Perform entity- and process-level scoping and risk assessments
• Develop and continuously improve modular audit programs
• Objectively identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify optimal solutions
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports and present audit results during closing meetings
• Participate in the overall audit risk assessment for annual plan
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Internal Audit provides assurance, advice, and insights
• Proactively suggest improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of Internal Audit tools and programs
• Expand understanding of key processes, systems, and business models while developing professional skills What We're Looking For
• University degree in a business-related field (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, advisory, or assurance; multinational environment preferred
• Professional certifications (CIA, CISA, CPA) are a plus
• Strong understanding of internal controls and accounting principles
• Proficient in English; German language skills a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively across all levels
• Experience with data analytics and SAP is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP and advanced data analytics
