About the Role Lead high-impact audits and advisory projects across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Global Functions, helping the business navigate risk, strengthen controls, and seize opportunities. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, leverage data, technology, and AI-enabled audit practices to deliver actionable insights, influence decision-making, and continuously enhance the Internal Audit function. What You'll Do
- Lead complex audit and advisory engagements end-to-end across region and corporate functions.
- Apply domain expertise across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Global Functions (Legal, HR, Procurement) and IT.
- Deliver risk-based insights by identifying root causes and providing pragmatic, value-adding recommendations.
- Ensure quality aligned with Internal Audit standards and methodology; contribute to QA programs.
- Produce clear, impactful audit/advisory reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; provide independent challenge and practical insight.
- Contribute to audit planning by identifying emerging risks and assurance priorities.
- Continuously improve audit methodology; promote AI/digitally enabled audit practices.
- Champion data-driven auditing and adoption of available tools. What We're Looking For
- University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk, or related field.
- Experience in B2B industries strongly preferred; Big Four Internal Audit experience advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead complex engagements and manage senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics, digital tools, and AI to enhance audit outcomes.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous.
- Ability to travel approx 40%.
- Professional certifications: CIA, CRMA, CISA, CPA (or willingness to obtain).
- ERP transformation and SAP S/4HANA experience a plus.
- Experience with Agile ways of working or Agile certification (Scrum/SAFe) a plus. Nice to Have
