Summary
- Our client is seeking an Internal Audit Executive to strengthen internal controls, prevent losses, and ensure regulatory compliance across its pharmacy, supermarket, and other operational units.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and random stock counts, investigate variances, and identify losses, damages, expiry, and stock shrinkage.
- Monitor inventory movement, stock adjustments, product expiry, and compliance with FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles.
- Enforce cash evacuation policies and investigate incidents identified through CCTV reviews.
- Monitor compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including NAFDAC and PCN standards.
- Audit controlled drug dispensing and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Recommend and implement practical measures to reduce losses and strengthen internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in internal audit, loss prevention, inventory control, or compliance within healthcare, retail pharmacy, or supermarket operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management, FEFO principles, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in POS and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical, investigative, reporting, and communication skills, with high integrity and attention to detail.
Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 monthly.
