About the Role ICON is seeking an Intern in Warsaw to support the scientific operations team and develop practical experience across ongoing projects. The role offers hands-on exposure to research and administrative tasks within a professional healthcare-focused organization. What You'll Do
- Assisting with research, data collection, and analysis to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to enhance project outcomes and workflows.
- Helping to prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Supporting day-to-day operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficient team functioning.
- Engaging in professional development activities and networking opportunities within the organization. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- A strong desire to learn and gain practical experience in a professional setting
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Nice to Have
