About the Role This is a part-time internship in the BMW Shared Services organization for a Fall Rotation (Sept 7, 2026 – Dec 11, 2026) in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. The Intern, Warranty Process & Reporting supports warranty and goodwill activities and helps build reporting, documentation, and process improvements. What You'll Do
- Create and execute reports for warranty and goodwill programs; review and document existing reports
- Support the creation of management presentations; create and operate MS Access databases for warranty extensions
- Document processes concerning warranty/goodwill tasks and reports; support various warranty department projects by organizing meetings, tracking tasks/objectives, and preparing presentations and minutes
- Assist in Vehicle Flagging and Validations; assist in Maintenance Plan Upgrade (MPU) cancellations What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited college or university
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; have completed at least 60 college credits or be a rising junior
- Ability to attach a college unofficial transcript
- Part-time availability (20-29 hours/week)
- Ability to work in a hybrid in-office environment Nice to Have
- Experience with MS Access databases; strong organizational and communication skills are a plus Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: Undergraduate $25.30 / hour; Graduate $32.20 / hour; final rate determined by academic level
