About this role
What you will do
The Packaging/Business Control intern will assist with a variety of task-oriented work with the Packaging and Business Control team, including, but not limited to, improving existing processes, performing statistical analysis, and assisting in data pre-processing/cleansing.
Main areas of responsibility include:
- Work with the North America Packaging team to identify opportunities to optimize performance within the Distribution and Inventory Control processes
- Assist the North America Packaging and Business Control teams with operational project activities in support of Packaging/Business Control operations
- Work on business intelligence projects and data preparation
- Interact with different departments as needed to facilitate meetings, ask questions, document findings, and perform follow-ups
- Out-of-the-box thinking for business requirements with good analytical skills
Who are you?
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Data Analytics/Statistics. Your degree must be at an accredited school, and you need to have completed 30 semester hours prior to the start of the internship.
- Must be either a Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student at the start of your internship
- Minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75 or higher
- To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status
- Summer Interns may work up to 40 hours per week and must be enrolled as a student
What we are looking for:
- A highly motivated, dynamic person who has a knack for detail, organization, patience, problem solving, and communication
- Works well within a team environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Power BI and other data visualization tools is a plus
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a dynamic environment
Compensation and Benefits

For all intern and co-op positions, the hourly range is set at $17.00 - $46.00. The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree seeking area of study.
