Intern, Trade Product

The Product Management Intern will support the Product Management team in enhancing product-related process enhancements, documenting processes, and improving governance across the product lifecycle.

This role will work closely with the Trade Product Manager to analyze process gaps, map business processes and stakeholder responsibilities, standardize product documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The internship provides hands-on exposure to product management practices, cross-functional collaboration, process design, and organizational transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Analysis & Improvement

• Identify and analyze process gaps on existing Trade Products

• Support process improvement initiatives through research, data gathering, and stakeholder engagement.

• Document current ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") processes.

• Recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency of Trade Product processes given system limitations.

• Process Mapping & Documentation

• Develop and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and workflow documentation.

• Create and update RACI (Responsible, Accountabile, Consulted, Informed) matrices to clarify roles and responsibilities across teams.

• Product Documentation Standardization

• Support the alignment and standardization of product manual formats across different product lines.

• Assist in creating standardized templates, documentation structures, and document management practices.

• Ensure consistency in terminology, version control, and documentation quality.

• Product Management Support

• Help prepare presentations, reports, and materials for stakeholder meetings and workshops.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and validate documentation.
