Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Revenue Operations team in managing CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and hygiene.

• Assist in sales reporting and analytics—track pipeline, revenue and productivity metrics.

• Work with sales managers to prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and weekly reviews.

• Assist in streamlining sales processes, workflows and documentation.

• Expertise in High Level Power Point Presentations, Advance Excel & Power BI

• Coordinate with marketing, customer success and finance teams for end-to-end sales support.

• Participate in RFP/RFI response support, proposal creation and sales collateral management.

• Contribute to competitive research, market mapping and accounting intelligence.

• Desired Skills & Qualifications

• MBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing, Operations or related fields (final year students can also apply) and Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year Experience is a Plus.

• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with tools i.e. Advanced MS Excel, MS Power Point.

• Exposure to CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce) preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Self-starter with a strong learning mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
