About the Role The co-op student will work on projects to supplement their knowledge and experience in the Engineering field. The projects and assignments will become increasingly challenging with each rotation, and our goal is to provide an effective learning experience.
What You'll Do
- Support performance goals and take on progressively increasing responsibilities in quality and/or manufacturing engineering throughout the co-op experience.
- Identify and recommend process improvements in quality and/or manufacturing processes.
- Contribute to project work and rotations to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing an engineering degree with interest in quality and/or manufacturing engineering.
- Willingness to engage in project work, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration in a co-op setting.
- Ability to adapt to increasing responsibilities across rotations and learn rapidly.
