The Intern is responsible for developing and maintaining operator competency frameworks, overseeing skill assessments, and driving workforce development initiatives. The role focuses on identifying competency gaps, coordinating training programs, and collaborating with Production and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen operational capabilities. In addition, the position supports Operational Excellence (OPEX) and continuous improvement efforts by fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement. The job location is based in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
