What You'll Do
- Work on real projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., developing product formulations, marketing content, budgeting analyses).
- Contribute to hands-on activities in your assigned department and gain exposure to Henkel’s brands and operations.
- Participate in a structured intern program featuring workshops and social/networking events.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program with interest in one or more Henkel departments (Product Development, Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing, HR, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance).
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, and impact-oriented work; strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to real business projects.
Nice to Have
- Interest in participating in program-wide activities such as Networking sessions and intern podcasts; willingness to engage with intern communities across sites.
