About this Position

What you’ll do

• You will get the opportunity to explore Brand Management and Trade Marketing in the exciting world of Professional Beauty Care, working on the brands Schwarzkopf Professional & Indola in the Benelux region.

• Together with the team, you will contribute to strengthening the positioning of Schwarzkopf Professional & Indola across Belgium and The Netherlands, with a strong focus on the professional salon business.

• You will create premium marketing materials to support brand launches, salon activations and trade marketing initiatives, and you will have the opportunity to support local photo shoots and advertising.

• You will coordinate artworks and promotional materials together with external design agencies and printers.

• You will support the development and execution of salon-focused activations, promotions and launch plans, helping our professional partners bring our brands and innovations to life.

• Together with the team, you will closely collaborate with our wholesale partners.

• What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's or Master’s student or recent graduate in Business Studies, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field.

• Native Dutch speaker with excellent English skills.

• Affinity with digital and creative tools such as Canva, CapCut and ChatGPT.

• Affinity with social media and content creation.

• A passion for communication or copywriting is a plus.

• Affinity with trade marketing, salon business and (hair) cosmetics is a plus.

• Commercial mindset and interest in working with salon and wholesale partners.

• Creative, organized, proactive, enthusiastic and motivated.

• Available for a 6-month, full-time internship (starting from December 2026)
