Intern, IT
As an IT Helpdesk Intern, you will support day-to-day IT operations by assisting employees with hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 related issues. You will gain hands-on experience in IT support while working in both office and manufacturing environments.
Our Team
You will join the IT team, supporting employees and business operations with reliable IT services. You will work closely with users across different functions and gain practical experience in troubleshooting, IT equipment, and end-user support.
What You Will Do
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 related issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Assist with user accounts, printers, and business applications
- Support IT equipment in office and shopfloor areas
- Print and issue employee ID cards and support card printers
- Support meeting room equipment, displays, and online conference systems
- Update IT documentation, maintain asset records, and track support tickets
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Final-year student or currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, printers, and networking
- Good communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
What Will Put You Ahead
- Previous internship, project, or hands-on experience in IT support or Helpdesk
- Basic troubleshooting experience with laptops, desktops, printers, or network connections
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
- Interest in IT infrastructure and end-user support in a manufacturing environment
