1. Education background: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field as an undergraduate/master’s student (junior year or above or graduate students preferred), internship duration of at least 6 months.
2. Java fundamentals: solid grasp of core Java syntax and OOP; able to independently write and debug programs; familiar with common data structures and basic algorithms.
3. Databases & SQL: understanding of relational database concepts, able to write SQL queries; experience with Oracle Database, PL/SQL is a plus.
4. Web / API basics: understanding of HTTP, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML and the basics of system integration through APIs.
5. Development tools: able to use Git for version control; comfortable with an IDE (IntelliJ IDEA / VS Code / Eclipse) and basic command-line operations.

7. Learning & problem-solving: strong self-learning ability and research mindset; able to proactively consult documentation, locate and resolve issues.

Fast ramp-up & independent delivery: strong ability to quickly understand business requirements and processes, and to learn new environments, technologies, and skills; able to work with minimal guidance and deliver results; adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to drive assigned tasks to completion.
9. English proficiency (key requirement): strong English across listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to fluently read English technical documents and communicate in English both verbally and in writing; able to collaborate with overseas business users and technical teams in English and clearly articulate technical solutions.
10. Collaboration & attitude: good teamwork and communication mindset; careful, responsible, and compliant with development standards and data security requirements; interested in enterprise software development; long-term growth-minded candidates are preferred.
