In this role, you will:

Support onboarding and background screening activities for new joiners across multiple countries.

Maintain employee records and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.

Handle sensitive information responsibly and in line with data privacy requirements.

Contribute ideas to improve and simplify processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

The team You'll be working in the HR Service Delivery team in Krakow. We keep employees and line managers happy, solving problems for them by phone or through our ticketing system.
