Intern, Human Resources Management - Fall 2026
This is a Fall 2026 part-time internship in Human Resources Management at BMW Group in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. The role supports regional HR programs, learning and talent management initiatives, and data analytics to inform HR decisions.
What You'll Do

Organization and planning of leadership programs throughout the region.

Content creation and planning of regional meetings, workshops, and projects.

Preparation of market research presentations and trend reports.

Supporting talent management processes throughout the region.

Support in change management and implementation of new learning management system and new talent management processes.

Regional support in using data analytics for HR information.

What We're Looking For
-
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.

US Work Authorization required.

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).

Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.

Ability to work part-time (25-29 hours/week).

Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.

Nice to Have

Languages: German or Spanish language skills (fluent, oral and written).

Previous experience in Applicant Tracking Systems.

Compensation & Benefits
-
Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $25.30. Graduate students: Hourly rate is $32.20. The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate.
