Spring 2027 Full -Time Internship – Santa Monica, CA January 11, 2027 – May 14, 2027
WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Support project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting on active projects, including timelines, budgets, resourcing, and deliverables in Adobe Workfront.
- Support the CFO and the Project Management Manager on finance, studio operations and resource-planning tasks, including preparing reports and data visualization
- Build and maintain Excel models using advanced formulas, pivot tables, and lookups to keep project and financial data accurate and current.
- Write Python scripts to clean, combine, and analyze data from multiple sources, and automate recurring reporting tasks.
- Develop and update HTML dashboards that give teams a clear, real-time view of project health and financial performance.
- Explore the potential of AI tools to improve efficiency, productivity, data visualization, communication, etc
- Translate tables and numbers into simple, visual takeaways for design teams, helping non-technical colleagues understand what the data means and what to do next.
- Create clear, well-structured PowerPoint presentations for project reviews, client updates, and internal leadership meetings.
- Identify opportunities to improve project management and finance processes, and help put those improvements into practice.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
- US Work Authorization required.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
- Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
- Ability to work full-time (40.0 hours/week).
- Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- Field of study: Finance, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong math and analytical skills, with comfort working through numbers and spotting errors or trends in data.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Coding experience, ideally in Python; familiarity with HTML/CSS for building simple dashboards is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to explain complex or numeric information simply to visual, non-technical audiences.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working with various AI tools for development and curiosity about how AI tools can improve workflows and efficiency.
- Preferences:
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira).
- Familiarity with collaborative and design tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Coursework or experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or project management.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. This is a hybrid role that requires four in-office days at the Santa Monica, CA office and one remote day.
The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30 The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20
The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
