- Current student or recent graduate participating in Airbnb's Early Career Program: Intern
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Interest in technology, product, and customer-centric initiatives
Nice to Have
- Prior internship or project experience in a relevant field
- Familiarity with data tools, SQL, Python, or other analytics skills (optional)
