Job title: Intern - Development Engineer
About the Role This internship offers an opportunity to join Signify as a Development Engineer in the R&D Outdoor team in Kętrzyn, Poland. You’ll gain hands-on experience in developing modern lighting fixtures and contribute to projects from concept to production.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop elements of lighting fixtures and create prototypes.
- Support the design process of mechanical components of fixtures.
- Configure fixtures from an electrical perspective.
- Participate in R&D projects and support the introduction of new products to production.
- Collaborate with an experienced team of engineers on development projects.
What We're Looking For
- Student or graduate in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Interested in development in R&D and lighting fixture design.
- Basic knowledge of 3D design software.
- Willing to learn and gain practical experience.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Ready to work in Kętrzyn.
- Bonus: applicants from Kętrzyn or nearby who plan to settle in the region.
Nice to Have
- Local to Kętrzyn or nearby is a plus.
