About the Role Internship roles at Roche are designed for undergraduate students to apply their academic studies in a real Roche setting. The objective is to practically apply studies and learn about Roche, with assignments that support regular employees and may lead to future employment depending on job availability and past performance. What You'll Do
- Assist in evaluating compliance of employee reimbursement activities and related healthcare compliance reviews, ensuring timely and accurate results against Roche policies, procedures and external regulatory requirements.
- Document all compliance assessment activities and results in Concur during claim processing.
- Perform additional support tasks such as data analysis, testing, and preparing reports for affiliates or Compliance Projects.
- Escalate issues to the supervisor or RSS Line Manager as required.
- Engage with colleagues from other functions to network and collaborate as needed.
- Support the team in operational activities and contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements. What We're Looking For
- Undergraduate student in a relevant field (prefer business, law or finance related majors).
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proactive, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
- Able to challenge the status quo with skepticism and passion for process validation/improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a team and deliver on commitments.
