Job title: Intern - Communications and Culture
About the Role As a Communications and Culture Intern, you will support the Center of Excellence in Culture and Employee Experience in planning and executing programs such as #1ANDRITZway, Engagement, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and other initiatives. You will assist in content creation and coordination for trainings and internal programs while learning about ongoing projects.
What You'll Do
- Support the Center of Excellence in Culture and Employee Experience in planning and executing programs and projects, collaborating with the team and learning about ongoing initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and creating content for trainings and internal programs (presentations, videos, manuals), supporting from script creation to publication/execution, and maintaining attendance lists.
- Support data collection and organization of engagement survey data and the Global Inclusion Program to update indicators.
- Assist in planning, execution, and dissemination of internal campaigns, culture initiatives, engagement and events, contributing with visuals and texts and ensuring alignment with internal communication identity and tone.
- Coordinate with external communications agency: requests, tracking of deliverables, and revisions of materials.
- Assist in reports by collecting and organizing data on communications (engagement, reach, feedback from employees) for simple analyses.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Clear and adaptable written communication, with ability to adjust language, tone and format for different internal audiences.
- Ability to create and edit simple content (texts, presentations, announcements, training materials).
Compensation & Benefits Salary and benefits not disclosed in the posting. This is a remote internship with a temporary contract arrangement. You are trained on data up to October 2023.
