About this role
Bombardier has an internship/co-op opportunity in Red Oak, TX for a Continuous Improvement role. You will be part of the Bombardier US Aerostructures team and contribute to production improvements while developing your leadership and manufacturing knowledge in a hands-on environment. You will have the chance to learn how safety, quality, schedule, and cost impact production and to grow toward future leadership roles.

Utilize strong analytical and data analysis skills to support production decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Communicate effectively with groups of 10–15 leaders by presenting information, updates, and performance metrics.

Assist in coordinating work by assigning tasks to leaders and following up to ensure completion and accountability.

Support production operations through an understanding of key manufacturing priorities, including safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
