Intern Cloud Development and implementation of an AI-powered chat agent for the MB.OS Portal

Tasks

Design and implement an AI chat agent for the MB.OS Portal's Remote Commands developer journey
Enable natural-language queries, status overviews, and guidance through system information
Support change requests for configuration updates, reducing cross-functional friction
Build with Node.js, integrating with the portal's Vue.js, Angular, and Fastify components
Consume language models via the Mercedes-Benz Model Garden (GenAI Nexus)
Design for future integration into an overarching MB.OS chatbot via agent-to-agent communication (A2A) The activity can begin from October 2026.

Degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a comparable program with a relevant technical focus
Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Commitment and ability to work in a team
Analytical mindset and strategic approach
