About the Role The University of Cincinnati is seeking to augment its interior design and related interiors project management support within space planning, CAD drafting, furniture, color/materials application, and related presentations. The role supports interior design and interior architecture/fit-out efforts across university projects and collaborates with multiple stakeholders on capital projects and campus spaces. What You'll Do
- Assist with assigned projects from initiation through project closeout, including initial planning, scope of work, cost estimating, competitive bidding, contractor negotiations, cost control, inspections, scheduling, move planning, project closeout, and post-occupancy follow up.
- Assist with space planning, drafting/CAD, furniture products, color and materials application, and internal graphic and verbal presentations to communicate design intent.
