About this role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect to conceptualize, design, and oversee the execution of aesthetically pleasing, functional, and brand-aligned spaces. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with creative vision to deliver exceptional interior and architectural designs while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Planning. Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts based on client or company requirements. Produce architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations. Create mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations. Optimize space planning, functionality, and user experience. Ensure all designs align with the company's brand identity and project goals. Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and vendors. Manage project timelines, budgets, and change orders. Conduct site visits and supervise on-site execution to ensure design fidelity. Prepare documentation for permitting and approvals as required. Stay informed on industry trends, codes, and sustainable design practices.
