About Tétris

Tétris, a subsidiary of JLL, specializes in the design and delivery of professional spaces. Acting as both consultant and general contractor, Tétris provides turnkey solutions for companies looking to transform their workplaces, as well as investors seeking to renovate offices, retail spaces, hotels, and banking facilities.

The Team

The Architecture & Design team delivers innovative workplace, retail, and hospitality projects for both local and international clients. Working collaboratively across disciplines, the team supports projects from concept creation through to implementation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts for retail, workplace, and hospitality projects.

• Adapt and deploy existing design concepts across multiple locations.

• Prepare architectural studies throughout all project phases, from feasibility to detailed design.

• Participate in tender submissions and client presentations.

• Design creative and functional solutions aligned with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.

• Develop storytelling narratives, mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.

• Produce detailed space planning and design documentation independently using REVIT.

• Prepare macro-zoning, micro-zoning, detailed layouts, sections, elevations, and 3D models.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the design and project delivery process.

• Required Profile

• Fluency in French is mandatory (written and spoken).

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field.

• Previous experience is required.

• Proficiency in REVIT (2D and 3D).

• Proficiency in Enscape, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Good understanding of building regulations and accessibility requirements.

• Knowledge of workplace, retail, and hospitality environments.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, curious, and solution-driven.
