About the Role Join Alstom in Delhi as a full-time Interface Manger. You will coordinate Rolling Stock interfaces with other project components and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business and with external contractors and partners. Your focus will be on preparing Interface Management Plans and ensuring design and manufacturing activities integrate smoothly, while contributing to testing and commissioning. What You'll Do
- Prepare and manage Interface Management Plans and documentation.
- Coordinate interface activities with system-wide contractors, civil contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of interface issues with stakeholders.
- Oversee the integration of signaling, telecom, and power supply systems with Rolling Stock.
- Facilitate testing and commissioning of Rolling Stock systems.
- Proactively identify and address interface challenges to meet project deadlines.
- Work with Project Management, Engineering, Financing, Tax, Legal, Insurance, Marketing & Pricing teams and external stakeholders to align interfaces and milestones. What We're Looking For
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in interface coordination and management of Rolling Stock systems.
- Experience in at least one driverless metro rail project (Grade of Automation 4).
- Knowledge of metro Rolling Stock system integration, testing, and commissioning.
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership, accountability, and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of interface functions and ability to manage milestone tracking. Compensation & Benefits
