About the Role Kasowitz seeks experienced lawyers to join its practice, with a particular focus on strong litigators at all levels. - Practice law in assigned areas, including Intellectual Property, Real Estate, and Litigation, across offices in New York and San Francisco.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues on case strategy, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Advise clients, draft briefs and memos, and contribute to client service and business development efforts.
- For Judicial Clerk track: assume significant responsibilities early and contribute to litigation strategy in and out of the courtroom. What We're Looking For
- Experienced lawyers with strong litigation backgrounds at all levels; top academic credentials and professional integrity.
- Outstanding writing ability and strong interpersonal skills; judgment and creativity.
- For Judicial Clerk candidates: Law Review, Moot Court, and Trial Advocacy involvement highly valued. Nice to Have
