About the Role
Join Addigy to enable and optimize integrations with 35+ tools across identity, security, PSA, documentation, automation, and helpdesk. You’ll work on API-driven customization and partner integrations to extend Addigy’s platform beyond prebuilt options.
What You'll Do
- Manage and support integrations with 35+ tools including Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, HaloPSA, Freshdesk, Zendesk, Splashtop, Vanta, Hudu, IT Glue, Rewst, Zapier, and more.
- Expose and maintain Addigy's REST API at api.addigy.com with full documentation to enable custom workflows for IT teams and vendors.
- Guide partners through the integrations application form on the integrations page and coordinate onboarding for listed integrations.
- Collaborate with Product and Security to ensure in-console integration management under Account > Integrations and to maintain API connections documentation.
- Highlight and support the Apple Business integration for automated device enrollment and zero-touch deployment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with IT management platforms and MSP tools (ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, HaloPSA, BrightGauge, Freshdesk, Zendesk, IT Glue, Hudu).
- Proficiency with REST APIs and building/maintaining custom integrations using API documentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with partners and internal teams.
- Familiarity with end-user device management workflows and MSP customer success.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Apple Business (AB) integration and Apple device enrollment workflows.
