What You'll Do

• Connect operators, CPaaS providers, and cloud platforms to Aduna's global API ecosystem.

• Lead technical integrations from design workshops through production launch.

• Troubleshoot APIs, cloud services, and platform issues together with customers and partners.

• Deploy and operate cloud-native services in AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes environments.

• Automate processes and improve how integrations are delivered.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and external partners worldwide.

• What You'll Bring

• Experience in system integration, cloud engineering, DevOps, platform operations, or a similar role.

• Hands-on experience with APIs and distributed systems.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, and cloud platforms.

• Scripting skills (Python, Shell, or similar).

• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and customers.

• Nice to Have

• Experience in telecommunications, CPaaS, or API platforms.

• Knowledge of OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.

• Familiarity with GitOps, SRE, and observability tools such as New Relic, Grafana, or ELK.
