Job title: Integration Leader (F/H)
About the Role Integration Leader (F/H) for the IT TECH team within the CIO EMEA & LATAM organization, reporting to the CTO EMEA. You will own the regional integration platform, designing, deploying and evolving a robust, scalable and secure ecosystem that aligns with business needs and technology strategy.
What You'll Do
- Strategy & vision: Define and deploy the integration strategy in collaboration with business teams, data and governance. Serve as the group reference on integration topics.
- Delivery & architecture: Lead end-to-end integration ecosystem (architecture, tools, security, performance). Select and deploy the right solutions (ESB, API Gateway, ETL, etc.). Drive migration projects to modern platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Axway, Azure Integration Services…). Ensure scalability, robustness and performance of solutions.
- Collaboration & leadership: Coordinate integration projects with applications, infrastructure and security teams. Translate business needs into robust and innovative technical solutions. Manage a team of 3 integration specialists, fostering their development and autonomy.
- Governance & continuous improvement: Define and structure standards, documentation and best practices. Resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with the teams.
